In the fourth quarter of 2021, Instagram, YouTube: Watch, Listen, Stream, Snapchat, CapCut - Video Editor, and Google Photos: Backup & Edit stood out as the top-performing photo and video applications on iOS in Cyprus. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, reveals interesting insights into their weekly downloads and revenue trends.

Instagram showed a notable increase in weekly revenue, starting with $8 in late September and peaking at $36 in the week of December 20. Downloads fluctuated, beginning at around 1.1K in September and climbing steadily to 2.3K by the end of December.

YouTube: Watch, Listen, Stream experienced consistent revenue, peaking at $5.6K in late September and maintaining high figures throughout the quarter, ending at $3.5K in December. Weekly downloads also increased, starting at 916 and reaching 2.5K by the final week of December.

Snapchat saw a gradual rise in downloads, from 615 in late September to 1.1K by the end of December. However, there was no significant revenue data reported for this period.

CapCut - Video Editor had a varied download trend, starting at 258 in late September, peaking at 799 in mid-October, and ending at 592 in December. Similar to Snapchat, no revenue data was available for this app.

Google Photos: Backup & Edit showed an upward trend in both revenue and downloads. Revenue began at $288 in late September and peaked at $430 in late November. Weekly downloads grew from 306 in late September to 507 by the end of December.
